There are two things I'm thinking a lot about lately, and these two things I believe in very, very much.
1. Going Green. It's the first fad I think is all-good and I'm totally buying into. Anything we can do to waste less and reuse more is super.
2. Free Stuff. If you're selling me something, give me something free first. I like free samples of products, and I think it's super fabulous if I get free bread or chips before a meal.
These two combine into something else I think you'll agree with: If you're gonna preach it, teach it.
You're kind of a lazy jerk if you're not using reusable bags when you shop for groceries. (And no, I'm not going to give you a free grocery bag. Just buy one for 99 cents somewhere or make one. There. I taught you.)
But this giveaway is just for fun. (Plus, where else are you possibly going to get a sample like this to start you on your Journey to Green? You can't get something this great for 99 cents!)
I've listed some dish cloths and scrubbies in my shop so you can buy them and be green. But since I also believe in free samples, I have four for free!
Be the first person in the United States to claim the one you want and I'll mail it to you for free. (Make sure you leave me a way to contact you to get your mailing address.) Hopefully you'll find it in your heart to buy more or tell your friends. If not, oh well! It was free! No pressure! No guilt!
These 100% cotton scrubbies are great for all kinds of things! Try washing your face with your favorite face scrub, removing makeup, washing dishes, or giving one to a kid to play with in the bathtub. (I keep mine hanging from the pump of my 100% vegan face wash.)
I crocheted 'em, but the pattern is by Marte Fagervik.
